SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch and shipping  the products

Products purchased through "drinkshereibiza" will be subject to the dispatch and delivery conditions established by the schedule proposed by the company. The information of the place of delivery is the sole responsibility of the user.

 

Orders will be served through defined time ranges and according to their availability. The established child ranges:

The Company makes the maximum effort to deliver the orders immediately, however according to the characteristics of the order and logistical facilities; Although the estimated delivery time of orders will be 30 minutes, this could vary, guaranteeing delivery within a maximum period of 2 hours; as long as they are products from our catalog and that we have sufficient stock of said products (the website does not request more units of the available stock of a product at that time, having to order via whattsap or chat products that are out of stock and / or catalog).

 

You can choose the delivery time (a specific time or "as soon as possible") and this time will be assumed as available by the Customer. If the Client has any schedule of his preference or in which he could not receive it, he must notify the Company in a timely manner. The courier will wait a maximum of 15 minutes outside the property indicated as the place of delivery, otherwise he will withdraw. The reprogramming or returns to the client's home generated by the client, generate an additional cost of € 20.

The person who receives the order, be it "The Client" or a person designated by him, must be of legal age presenting his valid ID, who will review the products validating their expiration date, quantities, that are of the type and class as requested and that they do not present any damage (scratches, dents, etc.). Deliveries will be made until: the door of the first floor or reception or as far as the vehicle unit has access to the indicated place of delivery. Depending on the conditions of the order: Weight, volume, among others, we could provide support for your transfer. "The customer" accepts these indications and agrees to comply with health protocols at the time of delivery.

 

Given the COVID-19 situation, the quantity dispatched, delivery time, prices, could suffer changes and / or stock breaks. For these cases, prior validation will be carried out with the client for their agreement, otherwise the refund of the amount paid will be made.

Prices published in any of our media or sales channels include delivery (free shipping costs).

Bulk products and all products in general will be transferred in the form and packaging as delivered by the suppliers. Except for individual units that will be delivered by hand using reusable felt bags that will be used to transport said units of products to the customer's door, said bags being removed by the delivery person to guarantee our "ECO" commitment, caring for our environment.

The products purchased are disinfected, however, given the COVID-19 situation, the customer must apply additional disinfection mechanisms to minimize the risk of contagion.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1.Right of Cancellation

"Drinkshereibiza" accepts the cancellation of orders. For this purpose, the user must communicate the cancellation within 10 minutes after the order is placed if it is an immediate delivery. Or a maximum of 2 hours after placing the order, in the case of orders placed 12 hours in advance or more. Cancellations can be requested via email, in the chat on our website or by phone via Whatssap. After this period, the refund will be made with a discount of at least 25% for administrative expenses. In case the client will make the payment of his order through the online payment platform, the money will be reimbursed discounting the transaction commission, on behalf of the client within a period of no more than 15 business days from the date of request for annulment.

 

2.Complaints

The products will be delivered to the customer's agreement. Any presentation or claim related to acts or contracts executed or celebrated through this website must be submitted to "Drinkshereibiza" Customer Service, writing to the corporate email: claims@drinkshereibiza.com.

Any controversy that arises or is in connection with the service provided, including a controversy about the validity or existence of these Terms and Conditions, must be resolved through arbitration procedures on the island of Ibiza, conducted by a single arbitrator in agreement. to the legislation on the matter of the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of La Libertad. The Parties waive any right of appeal and / or the like against the arbitration award. For any supplementary intervention of the Judicial Power, the parties establish the island of Ibiza as their domicile. The user declares to have read and fully understood the terms and conditions set forth above, then expressing their agreement and acceptance.
