SANTA DIGNA SAUVIGNON
- Denomination of Origin: Valle Casablanca (Chile).
- It exhibits a fresh pale gold colour and a harmony of aromas reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits, over a background of apples and fennel.
- The palate is silky, with good acid structure and a long finish.
- It can be enjoyed both as an aperitif and with baked or grilled fish or prepared with mild sauces.
- It should be served at 10ºC.
