- Appearance: Luminous ruby colour.
- Nose: Seductive aroma of red fruits such as strawberry and notes of raspberry jam.
- Palate: Velvety, tasty, intense and long, with a very pleasant and clean passage through the mouth.
- Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve at 16ºC.
- Food pairing: Grilled meats, fried eggs, tuna tataki, semi-cured and cured cheeses.
