QUINTA DE TARSUS
- Denomination of Origin: Ribera del Duero (Burgos, Spain).
- Appearance: It shows to the eye an intense red colour with a violet rim.
- Nose: Red fruit aromas dominate, combined with toasted and spicy notes from the barrel, together with floral notes.
- Palate: Elegant and fruity. Pleasant tannins.
- Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve at 16 ºC.
- Food pairing: Red meats, big game dishes and semi-cured cheeses.
