PAZO DE SAN MAURO
- Denomination of Origin: Rías Baixas (Galicia, Spain).
- Appearance: Golden yellow colour with greenish reflections.
- Nose: Very high aromatic intensity, with a dominance of fruity and varietal aromas and rich floral and citrus nuances.
- Palate: Ample, fresh and balanced. Very persistent finish with hints of varietals.
- Serving temperature: Between 7 and 10 ºC.
- Food pairing: Excellent with all types of seafood, octopus, white fish and sushi. Also ideal with corn pies and rice dishes.
