Parxet- Cuvee 21 (Cava Ecológico)

 

In 1920 the first bottles of Parxet cava were launched on the market, made using the méthode champenoise.

- Appearance: Very pale colour with green highlights, very fine and persistent bubbles with a tendency to form a crown of foam.

- The nose: is broad, fruity and intense, with a predominance of white fruit aromas and citrus notes.

- In the mouth: it exploits the aromatic and gustatory balance characteristic of the varieties.

- A Brut cava made with organically grown grape varieties.

- Contain: 12% alcohol.
