LOUIS ROEDERER BRUT PREMIER

Composition: Strains: 56% Pinot Noir 34% Chardonnay 10% Pinot Meunier Brut Premier is traditionally a fusion of at least four wines from different vintages. The blend is made up of 56% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. Between 8% and 25% of this set comes from reserve wines that give it a particular body and complexity, the mark of the Louis Roederer style.

- General Characteristics:  this champagne matures for three years on its own sediments and an additional six months after its "disgorgement", so that the dose of reserve wines harmoniously performs its work. Brut Premier is characterized by its balance between freshness and a subtle, velvety complexity.
