Isleña is a beer produced using barley grown on Ibiza, among others. Isleña is an Ale-type beer, Kölsch style, which is brewed according to the 1516 Purity Law, with 4 natural ingredients: water, barley malt, hops and yeast. Isleña is a clear beer with a bright yellow tone and a predominant but not intense taste of hops; compared to Pilsners, it is slightly less bitter.
