IBIZKUS BLANCO (Wine of Ibiza)
- Varieties: 75% Malvasia, 25% Macabeo, Moscatel, Chardonnay
- Vinification: Fermentation of 50% directly in 700 litre French oak vats where the lees are worked for 6 months and the other 50% fermented in stainless steel tanks. After blending, the wine is lightly filtered and bottled.
- Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with golden hues. Medium-high intensity aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, ripe stone fruit, light smoked and pastry from its time in oak. Glyceric in the mouth with balanced acidity.
