GAVI DI GAVI ENRICO SERAFINO 
- Denomination of Orginin: Gavi (Piemonte, Italy)
- View: It is a bright straw yellow wine with greenish reflections.
- Nose: It has a full, delicate and elegant bouquet reminiscent of flowers and fresh fruits, mainly lemons, lilies of the valley and green apples.
- Palate: In the mouth it is attractive young, dry, fresh and well balanced.
- Grapes: Cortese.
- Ageing: The wine is refined in steel for 4-5 months, and then bottled in the spring following the harvest.
- Wine Pairing: As a cosy aperitif, it whets the appetite when paired with hors d'oeuvres and fish dishes. It is perfect in summer, but there are no seasonal limitations to the serving of this delicious wine.
