CAN AXARTELL ROSÉ
- Denomination of Origin: Palma de Mallorca (Spain).
- Grapes: Pinot Noir & Callet
- Appearance: Pale salmon in color, with a very light layer and pinkish and gray reflections. It is the result of the light contact of the grape skins with the must, before fermentation. Very bright and limpid, it shows a special appeal in the glass.
- Nose: It has a high aromatic intensity, mainly highlighting the notes of wild red fruits and ripe tropical fruits (passion fruit, mango). Citrus notes and certain creamy nuances appear in the background that surround the fruity notes and give it greater complexity.
- Palate: it is a very enveloping wine with great unctuousness. It has a very pleasant sweet entry, accompanied by a marked acidity that guides the wine throughout its entire journey and gives it great freshness and durability. The elegance of the Pinot Noir variety is blended with the liveliness of the Callet and the sweetness of the Manto Negro, to result in a wine with a Mediterranean character, refreshed by the sea breeze from the bay of Pollença.
