- Denomination of Origin: Rueda (Castilla y León, Spain)
- Appearance: Bright yellow colour.
- Nose: Fresh and elegant, with notes of stone fruits, white flowers and hay. Presence of well-integrated smoky notes reminiscent of toasted bread and small hints of vanilla.
- Palate: Unctuous and structured with a lingering but fresh and slightly saline finish. The citrus character accompanied by a slightly bitter finish are Verdejo signatures.
- Serving temperature: Between 9 and 12 ºC.
- Food pairing: Vegetables and salads, shellfish, seafood and soft cheeses.
