Through whatssap or chat. - Send us a whattssap by clicking on the whatssap icon that you will find on our whattsap or chat website. - Write us what products you want. - Provide us with the destination address as well as your phone number and name. - Choose a payment method (Cash on Delivery or Bizum). - Wait for confirmation of your order and the approximate arrival time of our delivery person.
  • 2.Can I make changes to my order?

    We currently accept, Pay Pal, cash on delivery and Bizum. Soon we will incorporate crypto as a means of payment for some of the transactions.

    The price of preparation and shipping of the product is FREE as long as the order exceeds € 70. If the order is less than this amount, the cost of the service will be € 30.

    The estimated time of the orders is established in 35 minutes from the realization of the same. Similarly, the buyer will receive a WhatsApp message indicating when the order is on its way and the approximate waiting time from that moment.
  • 4. Is it possible to send the order to a different address to the payment holder? That is, send it to third persons?"
    Yes, you can carry out orders for third persons. To do this, a means of communication must be provided with any of the people who are at the delivery address.
  • 1.What is the return policy?
    "Drinkshereibiza" accepts the cancellation of orders. For this purpose, the user must communicate the cancellation within 10 minutes after the order is placed if it is an immediate delivery. Or a maximum of 2 hours after placing the order, in the case of orders placed 12 hours in advance or more. Cancellations can be requested via email, in the chat on our website or by phone via Whatssap. After this period, the refund will be made with a discount of at least 25% for administrative expenses. In case the client will make the payment of his order through the online payment platform, the money will be reimbursed discounting the transaction commission, on behalf of the client within a period of no more than 15 business days from the date of request for annulment.
  • 2. In case of receiving an item in bad condition, what do I have to do?"
